Kahiah (ka-hi-yah) Polidore is a artist and photographic educator based in Atlanta Georgia. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography & Digital Media from the University of Houston. After, she completed her Master of Fine Arts in Photography from Savannah College of Art & Design. She is the founder of digital artspace Doré Art Collective, and the creator of the Emerging Creative Grant.

Through self portraiture, documentary and environmental portraiture Kahiah explores identity, lineage, and idealogies of home. Along with fine art, Kahiah utilizes photography as a tool for outreach and social practice in the community through developing photographic curriculum & programs for community based learning.
